Heat Treatment & Hardening

Manual Tip Finishing

Skilled craftsmen hand-shape and refine working tips to achieve precise angles, sharp cutting edges, and correct anatomy profiles.

Polishing (Mirror / Satin / Matt)

Multi-stage polishing removes micro-scratches and produces uniform surface finish as required (mirror, satin, or matt).

Ultrasonic Cleaning & Passivation

Ultrasonic cleaning removes oil, debris, and microscopic particles from joints and serrations using medical-grade solutions.

Quality Inspection & Testing

Each instrument undergoes visual, dimensional, and functional inspection to verify alignment, tip accuracy, and finish quality.

Packing & Sterile Ready Preparation
